Some think Lean is only applicable to manufacturing but our experience in operations, maintenance, HR and medical centres shows the principles can be used on all processes provided they are tailored to the needs of the customer.  We're inspired by John Seddon's Systems Thinking approach to Lean and apply common sense to ensure improvements stay relevant and practical. 

Sustainment of successful, enduring change or transformation must be managed carefully.  Improvements must be:
