Andrew Day & Associates Ltd was established in November 2007. Andrew was an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force introducing Lean Thinking to make efficiencies and save money at RAF Coningsby. Seeing a requirement for the private and public sectors to save money in the East Midlands, he decided to leave the RAF and settle in Lincolnshire. 

In 2008 we formed close links with Plan2Do Ltd, broadening our skills to include cost reduction, best procurement practise and spend analysis.  Now we offer a full suite of business improvement services.  In 2009 we delivered solutions and improvements to prestigious clients across the UK and in the Middle East as well as the East Midlands.  For 2010 we are committed to providing sustainable airworthiness improvements in aircraft engineering and maintenance to government and corporate organisations in the Middle East.

Based in Sleaford, we are within easy reach of London, Lincoln, Peterborough, Nottingham and Hull.  We offer consultancy services in the East Midlands, Humberside and Yorkshire as well as across the UK and select locations overseas.
